How AMC Plans Work

Appliance-Wise, Not One-Size-Fits-All

Your plan is built around what's actually in your home — not a generic package

  • 2 preventive checkups/year
  • Priority service booking
  • Discounted spare parts
  • Genuine parts guarantee

Multi-Appliance Combo

For 2-4 appliances — most households pick this. Custom priced based on what you have.

  • 2 preventive checkups/year, per appliance
  • Highest priority booking
  • Best discount on spare parts
  • Genuine parts guarantee
  • Single point of contact

Whole-Home Plan

For 5+ appliances in one home — maximum savings, minimum hassle.

  • 2 preventive checkups/year, per appliance
  • Same-day emergency response
  • Maximum discount on parts
  • Genuine parts guarantee
  • Annual health report

Exact pricing depends on your appliance count and brands — call or WhatsApp us your list, we'll quote same day.

FAQs

AMC Questions

AMC plan kaise decide hota hai, price kya hoti hai?
Plan aur price dono appliance count aur type pe depend karte hain — sirf fridge ke liye alag, fridge+washing machine combo alag, 5+ appliances ke liye whole-home plan. Call karo apne appliances batao, hum same-day quote de denge.
Ek hi appliance ke liye AMC le sakte hain?
Haan bilkul, Single Appliance plan isi ke liye hai — fridge, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, dryer, ya air dresser, jo bhi chahiye.
AMC mein kya-kya cover hota hai?
Preventive checkups (saal mein 2 baar), priority service booking, discounted spare parts, aur genuine parts guarantee — sab plans mein.
AMC mein repair bhi free hota hai?
Checkups aur diagnosis included hote hain. Agar part replace karna pade, toh AMC customers ko discounted rate milta hai — poora free nahi hota, but savings significant hoti hai.
Company warranty abhi active hai, AMC lena chahiye?
AMC company warranty khatam hone ke baad sabse zyada value deta hai. Chaho toh abhi bhi le sakte ho — warranty khatam hote hi AMC benefits automatically start ho jayenge.
Kitne appliances ke baad Whole-Home plan sahi rehta hai?
Zyada tar 5 ya usse zyada appliances ho toh whole-home plan best value deta hai — per-appliance cost sabse kam ho jata hai.
Emergency repair AMC mein priority milti hai?
Haan, AMC customers ko priority scheduling milti hai — Whole-Home plan mein toh same-day emergency response bhi included hai.
AMC beech mein cancel kar sakte hain?
Details call pe discuss kar lete hain — flexible rehte hain, koi hidden lock-in nahi hai.
Sab brands cover hote hain AMC mein?
Haan, Samsung, LG, IFB, Whirlpool, Bosch, Godrej — sab major brands ke appliances AMC mein le sakte ho.
Preventive checkup mein kya hota hai exactly?
Technician appliance ki poori health check karta hai — cooling/heating performance, wear-and-tear parts, electrical connections — taaki badi problem hone se pehle chhoti fix ho jaye.
Naya appliance liya hai, AMC abhi le sakte hain?
Haan, company warranty ke saath bhi AMC le sakte ho — preventive checkups turant start ho jayenge, repair benefits warranty khatam hone ke baad kaam aayenge.
Genuine parts guarantee kya matlab hai?
AMC ke andar jo bhi part replace hoga, wo company-genuine hoga — koi local ya duplicate part nahi.
AMC customers ke liye har visit pe diagnosis charge lagta hai?
Non-AMC customers ke liye standard ₹499 per appliance diagnosis charge hai. AMC plan mein preventive checkups included hote hain — is charge se alag, AMC ke terms visit ke time discuss kar lete hain.
